Insurance companies vary considerably with respect to level of reimbursement for neuropsychological evaluation, psychological evaluation, or therapy.

Even though, as a courtesy we are doing our best to verify your insurance, we strongly recommend that you obtain specific confirmation in advance from your insurance company regarding coverage. Ultimately, you will be responsible for payment. 

If you are paying out of pocket, for a neuropsychological/psychological evaluation, we require 50% deposit from you at the time of the examination and final payment when the report is ready.

If you are paying out of pocket for therapy, full payment is expected at the time of service.

Before assessment or treatment begins, Dr. Couvadelli will have a consultation appointment during which she will discuss the projected needs of a specific case.
